Finding the right nighttime snack can be a delicate balance.

On one hand, you want something satisfying that can satisfy both your hunger and cravings. On the other hand, many of us work hard to make healthy choices throughout the day and don't want to let 8 minutes of mayhem undo an entire day of hard work and discipline.
